The Message

PREACHING the Gospel to yourself

APPLYING the Gospel in the family

PROCLAIMING the Gospel to the world

To the Christians in Rome, the Apostle Paul says, "I am eager to preach the gospel to you who are in Rome" (Romans 1:15).

God did not give us His gospel just so we could embrace it and be converted. He offers it to us every day as a gift that gives to us everything we need for life and godliness.

Surprised by Justification.  Milton's testimony of "a family surprised by grace," and how the Lord graciously brought him to a deeper appreciation of his justification about twelve years ago. This message will be primarily drawn from Romans 5:1-2, and will focus on some very important truths that we should know regarding our justification.
SATURDAY - Keynote Topics
1. Some Good News about the Gospel.  Using various passages of Scripture to demonstrate the ongoing, powerful role that the gospel is to play in the life of the believer, Milton will present Biblical suggestions as to how to unleash this power of the gospel and preach it to your own heart regularly.
2. Gracious Encouragements to Family LeadershipMany dads and husbands feel they fall short spiritually in the home, but the gospel has amazing grace for them as well. This message seeks not to “beat up” men with law, but to encourage with the grace that flows from the gospel and disciplines with grace for family shepherding.
